Has over 23 years of experience in strategy development, hands-on value creation and operational management. He has been responsible for sourcing and execution of numerous private equity transactions, M&A transactions, and post M&A implementations. Kenneth has held several senior management and executive board positions in industrial companies. Prior to founding VEP he has been a partner of Arthur D. Little International, responsible for the Dutch Corporate Finance Practice. Kenneth has a Master of Science degree from the Delft University of Technology and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business from the University of Chicago.
Partner, has over 20 years experience in strategic management consulting, hands-on value creation and operational management. He has been responsible for various corporate / financial restructurings, carve-outs and improvement projects. He has operated in executive and non-executive director functions in some of VEP’s portfolio companies. Prior to VEP, he has worked with Arthur D. Little in the Strategy and Corporate Finance practices. Ivo has a Master of Science degree from the University of Leiden and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
Has over 17 years of relevant corporate finance and hands-on operational improvement experience. He has done projects in the field of M&A and financial restructuring, strategic consultancy, corporate recovery and general implementation management. Amongst others he was responsible for the strategic repositioning of an independent film distributor and an offshore services company and for the the financial and operational restructuring and subsequent sale of a manufacturer of plastic films for industrial and agricultural applications. Prior to joining VEP in 2000, he worked as a consultant for Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance and Arthur D. Little Corporate Finance. Bob has a degree in Business Administration from Nijenrode University.
Has over 16 years of relevant corporate finance and hands-on corporate recovery experience. He has a focus on financial and operational management, often as part of overall improvement programs. He managed such programs and performance improvement assignments a.o. for a manufacturer of office partition walls, a manufacturer of bicycle parts and an international supplier to the automotive industry. Prior to joining VEP in 2000, he worked as a consultant in the Corporate Finance Practice of Arthur D. Little. Chris has a Master’s degree in Financial Management from the University of Amsterdam.
Has over 13 years of relevant strategic consulting and hands-on operational management experience. He has been active in developing business plans both for operational improvement cases as well as for new business developments. He has hands-on experience in implementing change programs in various companies. Prior to joining VEP in 2002, he worked as a consultant in the Strategy & Organisation practice of Arthur D. Little. Bjørn has a Master’s degree in Econometrics from the University of Rotterdam.
Has over 12 years of experience in investment management, strategy consulting and M&A advisory. Sergio has supported companies across various sectors by developing and executing operational improvement programs and growth strategies including buy-and-build. Prior to joining VEP in 2010 he has worked as a strategy consultant for Booz & Co and as a corporate finance analyst at Kempen & Co. Sergio holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maastricht and an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona.
Has more than 22 years of experience in hands-on operational and financial management and M&A. Prior to joining VE Partners in 2016, he built a track record as CFO and Board Member and successfully fulfilled various finance leadership and M&A roles in the international oil, gas, and chemicals sectors with Sinopec and Royal Dutch Shell. Prior to this he was part of the European energy & utilities M&A team at Deutsche Bank. Hans has a MA International Economics/Energy Studies from the Nitze School of Advanced International Studies of Johns Hopkins University, a BBA from Nyenrode University and he is a qualified post-doctoral controller (University of Maastricht). Next to this he is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Maastricht University’s international controllers program.
Has over 9 years of corporate finance experience. He has worked on several M&A projects in Western Europe and Scandinavia. Prior to joining VEP in 2012, he has worked as a Corporate Finance advisor with Rembrandt F&O. Quirijn holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate and Financial Management from Lund University, Sweden.
Has over four years of private equity experience. He has been involved with several direct investments in mid-market companies located in the Benelux and in addition has been working on various fund investments in Europe. Prior to joining VE Partners in 2016, Jip worked at the former Fortis Private Equity and Robeco Private Equity. Jip obtained a Master of Science degree in Econometrics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Has over two years of experience in financial restructuring and due diligence. Prior to joining VE Partners, he worked as a business analyst at Deloitte Restructuring Services. Pepijn holds a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from the VU University in Amsterdam.
Has over two years of corporate finance working experience. He has completed several M&A processes and corporate finance valuations, predominately for mid-market firms. Prior to starting at VE Partners, Jasper worked as an M&A consultant at the Big 4, EY. Jasper holds a cum laude master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and is currently a CFA level II candidate.
Has over 20 years of experience in financial professional services and management. At VEP she is responsible for all financial and investor relation matters concerning the Fund. Prior to joining VEP in 2013, she was CFO at international events organization ID&T and senior manager at KPMG. Danielle is a Dutch chartered accountant and has completed her education at the University of Amsterdam.
Has over 20 years of experience in the private equity sector and has been responsible for various mid-market buy-outs and for complex strategic and operational value creation projects. Ron holds a Master’s degree in chemical engineering from Delft University of Technology, an ICID from London’s Imperial College and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau. Following earlier roles as engineer at Shell, as strategy consultant at Arthur D. Little and as entrepreneur he joined VE Partners in 2008 as Partner and member of the Investment Committee. In order to be able to focus on other entrepreneurial and professional activities Ron has been gradually reducing his activities at VE Partners since end 2015, in first instance as CFO and currently as Senior Advisor.
